I love this dish for when I want a takeaway. It has the same savoury flavours that you want, its super easy but is packed full of flavour.
You can use what ever noodles you like and switch out any veg you would prefer.
I do normally use copious amounts of garlic in my meals, but here 1 really is enough as it stays raw in the sauce. If you don't like this you can cook it with the stir fried vegetables.
